Limb pain can have many causes. Most often it comes from musculoskeletal, mainly from the joint,surrounding muscles and tendons. Pain from elbow radiating to the forearm can be caused by so-called tennis elbow, which occurs only in tennis players who put an excessive burden, but also for people who work long, for example, a computer and a cubit inappropriately rely on a hard surface.Other pain from elbow joint can cause arthritic changes to articular cartilage, the cartilage consecutive sufficiently slip and produces painful friction. Pain of course can originate from tired or“strained” the muscles, in this case, however, within a few days they themselves subside.
There are also so-called neuropathic pain caused by compression of or damage to one of the nerves of the forearm. These pains are often added motility disorders or sensitivity of the wrist and hand.
Muscle and joint pain can to some extent solve the home. They offer a cold compresses,analgesic ointments or tablets. However, long-term problems with the musculoskeletal system can not solve.
