The most common type of pain is acute lumbago, or lumbago. It’s a sudden pain in the lumbar region associated with withdrawal reflex of the muscles around the spine, often associated with limited mobility.
Lumbago often arises after lifting weights or after a sudden rotation of the hull. The cause is probably soft tissue entrapment or irritation of the nerve roots. Lumbago is very painful and restrictive, but trouble-limiting themselves over time.
The treatment is rest, warmth, painkillers and physiotherapy.
Lumbago, however, be distinguished from the herniation of intervertebral disk or other structural changes in the spine that can oppress and harm the nervous structures and lead to functional impairment. This is reflected by pain in the limbs and impaired mobility limbs. In such a case may be possible surgical treatment.
