Problems with the start of movement is referred to as akinesia – it is part of hypokinesia.Hypokinesia defined reduction of the extent and amplitude of movements and overall physical leanness.
Within hypokinesia distinguish said akinesia – trouble starting the motion. The movement is generally slow, it is known as bradykinesia. Problems with starting the movement is one of the symptoms of hypokineticko- rigid syndrome. Arises dopamine deficiency and disinhibition acetylcholine.
The most common cause of this symptom is Parkinson’s disease or parkinsonian syndromesecondary. Parkinson’s disease usually begins around 60.roku life. The illness can be recognized thanks to a trio of symptoms – said hypokinesia, rigidity and tremor. Each of these three symptoms may be different for each patient expressed differently, therefore clinical finding dominates tremors, or problems with volitional movement.
Parkinson also has problems with mobility night (turning in bed or a trip to the restroom – the resulting sleep problems).
Secondary parkinsonian syndromes arise from a variety of causes: vascular, post-traumatic, hypoxic, chronic manganese intoxication like. These disorders are noticeable gait and standing, resting tremor is not usually present.
Problems with starting the movement is a very serious symptom, which is suggestive of brain osseous lesions, Parkinson’s disease or Parkinson’s syndrome from the secondary.
